This is a fabulous solution to our privacy and replaced our aging wood lattice. Quality product, sturdy and easy to install. It looks fantastic.
The product was amazing quality and super easy to assemble. I will recommend this product to others. There was also have great customer service and the response to e-emails were fast.
We love the look of our new Hideaway Patio Screen. We received great layout drawings very quickly. Packaging was very good. Instructions and videos online made the installation simple. Some filet welds on the bottom of the three sided posts were too wide making it impossible to install the washer before fastening the nut. We are very happy with the product overall.
Summer, 2025 - installed a new deck with composite decking and Hideaway privacy panels. This is our second time using Hideaway screens and we are thrilled with the finished product. Hideaway has provided an amazing product, outstanding customer service and timely delivery from Alberta. The product itself is top notch. Bryce was great with initial order. I had one order delivered great. Then two separate additional portions picked up. Follow through to complete the order and approve drawings for custom gate was challenging. Nit sure if I would still have it if not for my regular follow up. I’m good to pay over $1k for a custom gate on a $10k order. Just thought it need not be me that was following up to complete order.

I found it easier to put the brackets on the posts in my workshop than in the yard. I made jigs so that the brackets were installed accurately. Also I predrilled small holes for the sheet metal screws making it easier to install them. Next year I will purchase 2 more as we need more wall.

Got 3 panels to add privacy and some style to our new deck. Shipping was fast. The install was easy onto wooden posts and we love how they look! Totally worth it.
Absolutely love it. Everyone has commented on how nice it is. Delivery was a breeze and right on-time. Very heavy box which they put in my garage until my son could come and install it. I didn't realize you had two options for installation, one with overlapping panels over the posts or between posts. We chose between. My son had fun with installing into concrete but he is a carpenter so had the right tools. Highly recommend it.
