We replaced an existing section of our deck railing with 4 hideaway privacy screen (branch) panels. Installation instructions and the accompanying video were very good, plus we received excellent support from the company with answering questions and confirming our understanding. The trick is making absolutely sure that the uprights are straight and your measurements are accurate. There is no room for error. So I had professionals do mine👍 Anchor lag bolts were to short had to purchase longer ones. Love the look and the material, great screen and worth the money to me.
We absolutely love this privacy screen between out two town homes. Extremely satisfied with the final look. Excellent product. Worth every penny. Very easy to install - my husband (79) and neighbour (80) did the installation. The hardest part was drilling the inground holes with a power auger. Clear instructions; super good shipping packaging; fast turnover time from the time of ordering to delivery. My questions were answered promptly. Would highly recommend your company and its products.

The Hideaway product was delivered very quickly and in great shape by the shipping company. The privacy panels were as advertised and very nice in appearance and strength. We are very pleased with our ourchase and recommend the company and the privacy panels.
We are really delighted with our new Hideaway screen unit- the Branch pattern! It was the final piece needed to finish off a new deck structure which extended a few feet beyond the back wall of our house. The screen also served the additional purpose of simplifying the view from that area of the deck, which would otherwise have shown a variety of elements including fencing, a gate, and barbecue. Both the design and quality of this unit is excellent and installation was straight forward. My initial contacts with Hideaway via both email and phone answered all of my questions. Delivery was impressive in terms of protective packaging and speed, especially given that it was travelling from Alberta to Ontario! We are very impressed with this Canadian company and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for top quality privacy screening and professional customer service!

The product is gorgeous, with zero imperfections and perfect alignment on every single mounting hole. No "MacGyvering" required. The service, specifically from Bryce was streamlined. My order was delivered well in good time with incredible protective packaging. I could go on and on... to sum things up. I was thoroughly impressed with my experience from start to finish!
These screens look great and the patterns give more privacy than the ones from the big box stores. Substantial thickness to the aluminum sheet. Customer service is 1st rate. The shipment was well packaged. Delivery driver offloaded the pallet on my driveway, no wrestling it off the truck tailgate.
Great product and service. Delivery was prompt and packaging was perfect. We previously had latticework and plants but they eventually failed. My concern was it had to be on the deck with a gap to the glass railing for easy cleaning. I added extra support below the deck as I didn’t want to attach to the decking. We now have the perfect Hideaway! I highly recommend this product and the company.
