We were so pleased with the great quality of this product. The custom panels and gate all fit perfect. The hole process was very good from start to finish. They were very easy and always available for any questions that I needed help with. The only problem we had was they took a little longer to make than expected. But we're very happy with end results. Ordering was easy, and when I needed help, contact with the company was quick and very helpful. The product was carefully protected during shipping, it looks great installed, and appears very durable. If I needed more, I would reorder with no hesitation.
Excellent products!
We originally ordered 2 Maui and they were great- went up without a hitch. Then we decided on a 3rd and we encountered problem because the screw holes in the screen did not line up with the suppled bracket - which was frustrating. And then it was evident that the screen had been scratched up as the scratches were covered with a black permanent marker - which was disappointing for sure!

We absolutely love our Hideaway screens. We have used them in multiple areas in our yard (to hide our garbage cans, as a gate and fence, and as privacy screens for our hot tub. They are beautiful, well made and reasonably priced. I highly recommend.
