Cancellations:

Products must be in like-new condition (e.g., no scratches, dings, bent corners, etc.). Returns must have original packaging.

Exchange:
If you wish to exchange the product for another, they must be in like-new condition and within the 30 days after delivery. If the exchanged product is a higher price, you will be responsible for covering the difference.

HideAway offers free returns for products within 30 days of delivery. Materials must be unused and returned in full. Free returns are not applicable to orders that have received custom or discounted pricing.

If you would like to exchange products, it must be done within 30 days of delivery. Materials must be unused and returned in full. If you’re exchanging for a higher priced product, you will be responsible for covering the price difference.
