Cancellations: You may cancel an order any time prior to shipment.
Returns: You may return any Product within the first 30 days after delivery, subject to the conditions described below. Refunds will be issued in the form of the original payment. If you purchased the product using an offer code or gift code, the dollar value of any offer code will not be refunded or credited back if any or all of the merchandise is returned. Custom product orders are marked as final sale.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). Any item not in its original condition (damaged or missing parts) for reasons not due to our error is not subject to refund. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Then the return will be processed.

Exchange: If you wish to exchange the product for another, they must be in like-new condition and within the 30 days after delivery. If the exchanged product is a higher price, you will be responsible for covering the difference.
HideAway offers free returns for products within 30 days of delivery. Materials must be unused and returned in full. Free returns are not applicable to orders that have received custom or discounted pricing.
